A compact room heater with a white body and rose-gold trim, built to warm a bedroom or home office without switching on the whole-house heating. Two heat settings let you run it gently at 750 W or turn it up to 1,500 W on colder nights, and the thermostat holds the temperature you set.

A palm-sized 500 W heater for personal warmth: under your desk, beside the couch or in a small bathroom. It weighs under a pound, so it moves with you from room to room. At 500 W it won't heat a whole room on a cold night, but it's ideal when you only need to warm yourself.

A plug-in heater that sits right on the wall outlet, so it takes no floor space and stays out of the way of kids, pets and feet. It uses ceramic (PTC) heating with touch controls, a remote and a timer, and includes a fan mode for circulating air.
Three simple rules that work for any brand.
As a main heat source, plan on about 10 watts per square foot. If a heater's stated area looks high for its wattage, treat it as a best case.
| Heater power | Realistic space |
|---|---|
| 400–500 W | Personal space, ~40–50 sq ft |
| 750–900 W | Small room, ~75–90 sq ft |
| 1,500 W | Bedroom, ~150 sq ft |
Topping up a room that already has some heat? A smaller heater goes further.
Electric heaters turn every watt into heat, so cost depends only on power, hours and your electricity rate.
Try:
Your rate is on your electricity bill. Heating one room can cost less than heating the whole house, but no heater "cuts your bill" by itself; it depends on how you use it.

No. Compact heaters warm one room or your personal space. They're perfect for the in-between weeks of fall and for chilly corners, not for heating a whole house.
All electric resistance heaters are equally efficient at turning electricity into heat. You save only if you heat one room instead of the whole home. Use the calculator above to see your actual cost.
For a bedroom or office, the Cozy Cabin has the most power and a thermostat. For a desk or a tiny space, the CosyJet is the lightest and cheapest to run. If you don't want anything on the floor, the Heatoor plugs straight into the wall.
